Using an Ebay record grading guide: The vinyl is MINT condition / The cover is GOOD condition - scuffed edges, slight split along top edge and light ring wear.
Apart from being one of only 4000 copies released in 1992 the item is signed by the three main band members - Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic. The spelling of the signatures is unusual, though the same as used in the credits on the back of the cover. I have owned this copy for about 7 years in which time it has never been played, the cover and vinyl have been stored seperately in a clean environment. There is a COA given by Authentic Autographs in Washington state. I am happy to email high quality images or answer any questions.
