Nirvana: In Utero (3 LP - 20th Anniversary edition)

Please be aware that this record has been opened and has some sleeve imperfections. Details below.

This is the much lauded 3 LP 20th Anniversary edition cut from the original analog tapes at 45RPM for superior sound. It is Direct Metal Mastered with expanded artwork and includes a 3rd disc cut at 33RPM with bonus tracks and B-Sides. It is considered by most to be one of the best sounding vinyl versions of this album and vastly superior to the digital cut recent 30th anniversary edition.

The Nirvana store in USA has recently restocked a very limited amount of these and when this arrived I noticed a couples of creases on the top right of the front sleeve and also a small split in the spine of the triple gatefold sleeve (see photos)

I have just paid £65 plus delivery for it so I emailed the store and asked then for a partial refund as the sleeve was not perfect and they sent me another copy which was great service. I don’t need 2 copies so I’m selling this one at much reduced price so as long as you can live with the imperfections on the sleeve you can get your hands on this at a great price as it’s still brand new, but I have opened the shrink to check it. I would also say that on both this set and my replacement the records are also not completely flat. I wouldn’t describe them as warped, just not completely flat. I find this a lot with new records with tight shrink wrap… they tend to flatten out once stored on the shelf between other records.
