Vinyl Side 1- No audible surface noise on tracks 1-5. Two (2) small pops on track 6. Light static between tracks. 
Vinyl Side 2 - No audible surface noise on tracks. Very light static between tracks. 
Cover - Small split as seen in photo is along the TOP. About 2". 
Inner - Seam split on three sides: about 2" on either side and out 4" on the bottom.
Labels - Minimal spindle markings as show in photos.
Ships in a sturdy cardboard record mailer.
