Nirvana/Various - Kill Rock Stars (LP). 1st Press. Limited edition silkscreened, signed cover #937/1000 with inserts. first issue, limited to 1000 copies, hand numbered and signed by the sleeve designer in pencil at the right side of the front sleeve. the writing is very faint. hand silkscreened sleeves, in black and gold ink, printed on the front only.1991 Kill Rock Stars Records. KRS 201. Sleeve: Near Mint/Mint. Vinyl: Mint, unplayed. Amazing copy!!
