All corners have splits with 4 tears on the edges. 2 are partially mended with small pieces of scotch tape. Minor tear on 1 corner of the envelope that holds the 10 photos. The photos are in fine condition.

Records: VG++ The overall appearance of all records are in fine condition with only minor rub marks. This overall rating is my best conservative estimate. The following is some details regarding condtion: Side 1: Slight groove noise during Granz' introduction. Except for some light groove noise on the introductory chorus of "Jazz Concert Blues", no other surface noise. Side 6: A few crackles at the beginning revolutions and several short intervals of crackles and clicks. All of the noise is very limited and most of the side has no noise.

Side 2: No noise other than a faint, minor crackle or a short passage of groove noise during The Ballad Medley. Side 5: No surface noise

Side 3: 3 or 4 clicks at the beginning few revolutions. A slight crackle on the first 2 or 3 revolutions of the Peterson Trio tracks with some crackles and short intervals of light groove noise. Audibly checked.
