Description
Here is a super hard to find copy of a classic Northern Soul single by Ellie Greenwich on Red Bird 10-034 called "You Don't Know"/"Baby". This is a promo copy, pressed on styrene by Shelley Products (the ones who put a big X in the run-off). I vinyl would grade better than VG+, but not quite EX. It has some very light lines, nothing heavy at all, but I just can't go up a grade. Play grade is EX, except for two very brief (1/2 second each) vinyl burn sounds at the beginning. They are not obtrusive at all, but I thought I should mention them. Other than that, this plays great for a styrene pressing. The labels are still firmly stuck on (Shelley pressings tend to have labels that fall off), with just a tiny bit of ring wear. This would still make a great addition to your collection.
