Description
Ultra Rare Norwegian Prog Rock Vinyl LP - Thule "Ultima Thule" (1987). This is the first and only vinyl issue of this album. The band was originally known as Ultima Thule but changed their name to Thule, then released an album called, confusingly, Ultima Thule. The first side is heavier, leaning towards metal and the second is gentler - reminds me of Nektar a bit.
The second side plays very well. There are some skips on the first side when I play it on my equipment. I've provided photos so you can see what the vinyl looks like. I play records with a really light weight on the arm so as not to damage the vinyl. The downside of that is that I get skips that might not happen with a heavier arm - so the record might not skip on your equipment. I can't be sure about that, though, so am rating the record as 'G' overall. If this is just an issue with my equipment then the rating would be 'VG+'.
Anyway - this is an extremely rare and hard to get record. Despite the issue mentioned above, this is a really collectible item
