Details:

One of the most sought after releases by Nurse With Wound and is the Top 3 of most expensive Release by U.D. or Nurse With Wound in the collector market. This particular Art Edition is in Nera mint- mint condition! Comes housed in a archival/non acidic Mylar ultra clear outer sleeve ( very similar to those used in the comic industry ) with a silver sticker of the cod surrealist drawings Steven Stapleton did for the release party poster and the "pierced rectum" cd-recordable offered for that evening.

The artwork is classic Steven Stapleton Collage/mixed media. This artwork is a really good looking one! The composition consists of sketches in pencil, photographs, paint, metallic ink pen with a saying " As my moon lit the woman i love, she became the dawn and i the sky"written by Stapleton cooloorta, november 2003. Also a personalized inscription was offered to the customers and then was printed in the specially printed art edition insert....this one has "For the Scragging Starfish" 18/25.
This art edition also includes: the original inserts that came with the LP, 1-silver foil sticker size 2" x 3" , 1 - black and white 3" x 5" sticker, 1- postcard of the mummy cat window box 4" X 6"- the sticker and postcards are housed in a collectors mylar sleeve.

The Lp vinyl is in pristine condition "Virgin" vinyl-it has not seen daylight. The inner sleeve is a solid black sleeve and has been signed by Stapleton in silver sharpie pen and a anti-static plastic round bottom sleeve for the actual record. this is a extra signature.

Tainted Creampuffs- Hostess Twinkie Mix Compact disc recordable is in a gatefold eco-wallet with the graphic printed images on the covers have been tipped-in and on the back of cover is another extra signature. the inside has a rubber stamped printingof the title and then pickled or white washed over it. This CDr has been played only once!! It is housed in a japanese resealable cd sleeve.
