Description
7 Inch Vinyl for the 30th Anniversary of "Whatever" by Oasis. This was a one - off single, originally released in December 1994 (It went up against East 17 and Mariah Carey, in the UK for the Christmas number 1 spot), and now reissued as a limited, coloured and numbered release.
The vinyl is Blue and Pink Splatter, and it is numbered as "20271". I do not know how many copies were originally pressed, but on the official Oasis site, it is now sold out; and sure to be a collectable, as this is only the second time it has been released in physical format.
Featuring the B-Side "(It's Good) To Be Free", Whatever was a bridge in-between the albums of the seminal "Definitely Maybe" and the sophomore album "(What's The Story) Morning Glory", showing a new string to their bow to the more casual music fan of the 90s, by utilising the London Session Orchestra, giving a more classical approach to (what was then) modern rock music.
