OBERON - A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM LP - Ultra Rare Private Acid Folk / Prog Album - For once the hype is lived up to...this is a truly beautiful album - I believe only 99 were pressed. The Sleeve apparently was very fragile and the one that housed this vinyl has long gone, so its the Record and Lyric Insert only that we have here

White 'Rough textured' Labels with 'STEREO 1' on A side and 'STEREO 2' on the B side

Acorn - OBE LPS 1A / OBE LPS 1B Matrix Numbers Printed in the Run Off Grooves

DETAILED CONDITION: (The album has scratches, so rather than just put in G, VG or EX etc, I have put a detailed description of how all the tracks play below)

SLEEVE: N/A - Sleeve is no longer around - This will be sent in a plain Sleeve

INSERT: light creasing on the left hand side, otherwise lovely...no marks or tears: EX 

VINYL - SIDE ONE:  many light scratches and a couple of deeper ones on Track one: Track 1 has a click throughout and jumps in a couple of places..much better on Track 2 which has just light crackle and the very occasional click. The last 2 Tracks play very well with just a little surface noise in places

VINYL - SIDE TWO:  several light scratches and a couple of deeper marks  at the very start: Track 1 has a jump at the very start (It doesn't stick but moves onto the next groove) and a click for the first minute. After that it just has light surface crackle. Track 2 is lovely with barely any noise. Track 3 has a click for around the first minute, then is fine with just a little surface noise here and there. Track 4 is great with just a little crackle here and there.

LABELS: Superb: EX+

(I would not normally list an album which is scratched like this, but it is such a rare item! If you are looking for a mint copy (and the original sleeve) this isn't for you!)

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
