s/t LP - OCTOBER COUNTRY (Epic BN 26381)
Original 1968 U.S. MONO WHITE LABEL PROMO LP. 11 tracks, including: "October Country," "She's Been Away," "Good To Be Around," "Cowboys & Indians," "End Of The Line," the fuzzed-out "My Girlfriend Is A Witch," more. Very good folk-rock/folk-pop/sunshine pop album, w/ some traces of garage & psych lurking in their sound. In glorious MONOPHONIC sound, only released this way as a promo, I believe. Vinyl looks nice & plays even better - sounds FANTASTIC.
Disc = Looks EX to EX+, but plays much better, sounds AMAZING - NO pops or clicks, NO distortion, NO background noise - very close to perfection, sonically speaking
Cover = front - some ring/general wear, tiny crunch in upper left corner, tiny lite crease in lower right corner, lite cracking/wear along bottom edge, small stain along top edge, record company MONO sticker / back - some ring/general wear, very slight wear in all corners, tiny crunch in upper left & lower right corners, DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE rubber stamp / tiny wear in right corner of upper edge, wear/cracking on lower edge, lite wear/curling on spine
Labels = just a couple of very faint spindle marks around center hole
