Original Abet Label pressing of this hard to find 45. “On The Hill” has been heavily sampled by artists such as Jay-Z, Biggie, D.I.T.C. and others. The record labels read DEEJAY PROMO COPY. The Abet Label was distributed by Nashboro Records out of Nashville, Tennessee and this 45 comes inside its original stock Nashboro paper sleeve.
VINYL: Looks like it’s hardly been played with a shiny gloss and like new labels. The record does have some small and light raised areas that occurred during the manufacturing process. We very carefully played a portion of this record and these areas do not cause a problem. The rest of the grooves have no scuffs, no scratches, and no marks. The record also has a very light warp which also causes no problems.
