SUITE No. 1 in G Major + SUITE No. 2 in D Minor + SUITE No. 3 in C Major + SUITE No. 4 in E Flat Major + SUITE No. 5 in C Minor + SUITE No. 6 in D Major

Very rare. Excellent and highly sought after recordings featuring JEAN-MAX CLEMENT (cello). L'Oiseau Lyre label UK pressing. 2lp set.

CAT. NO. OLS 133/4 on L'Oiseau Lyre Records

The sleeves are in excellent condition. The vinyl is in excellent condition. I have play-graded all four sides - OLS 133: Side 1 plays superbly with minor surface noise in places, Side 2 has 2 pops/tics in a break and a few light crackles. OLS 134: Side 1 has a couple of very light tics, Side 2 has 8 tics/pops from a tiny mark. All four sides play extremely well ... this is a seriously good reading of the Cello Suites. Very enjoyable.
