Description: Open by Jools & Auge a 1st press Mono on the lovely Marmalade label with matt Sleeve from my personal record collection. Visual grading the vinyl condition is in Mint condition visually no hairline scratches or marks can be made out. Audio it has some very faint static clicks now and again in very quiet sections of some of the tracks. The vinyl still retains a lovely shine and is free of warps. The labels are both clean and have no writing what so ever, and no spindle marks. The sleeve is clean and in excellent condition but it does have that sticker removal mark so graded VG, it does have some minor handling and storage wear and the slightest of wear to the corners. The Inner sleeve is in excellent condition also. I have graded this record Mint Audio and Vinyl condition and VG for sleeve.
Rest assured you are buying this record from a private collector and I have been collecting records for many years. I grade all my records for sale on eBay using the Record Collectors system. I play my records from start to finish on both sides, source direct on my high end turntable fitted with Ortofon 2M Black cartridge and stylus to grade not just the visual but also the audio quality. If and only if required I will clean the record using a Moth Mk11 cleaning machine and this will be pointed out in the description if I have done this. The UK only postage and packaging on this Item is £4.00 and I make nothing from this as I will send the record out to you in a high quality mailer packed using two stiffeners and in a plastic sleeve. The package will be marked fragile and will be sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. I will dispatch the record between one to two working days of your cleared payment through Paypal. I have listed other records from my collection, that in part I am selling off; please see my other Items. I have graded this record honestly and I’m also aware that anyone can make a misjudgement of the quality of used records during grading, however If buy this record and you feel it is not as per the grading in the description I have written and as stated in the record collectors grading system (notes below) then I will be happy to refund your money on return of the same record to me promptly.
The Record Collectors Grading System
Mint: The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised sealed or un-played should be mint.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/ or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra Items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding scuffing of edges, of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
