Description

ORCHESTRA POLY-RYTHMO 'Poly-rythmo 76 Vol.1' (Albarika Store) Condition vg+ sleeve/ ex+ vinyl

It's hard to over-estimate just how important and how good Poly-Rythmo are, they have to be ranked with Fela Kuti, Pat Thomas and Marijata, or Segun BUcknor for grit and funkiness, not to mention output. This is one of their scarcer LPs, i don't think it turned up in the recent finds, first time on ebay? who knows. Contains killer tune 'Gbeto Vivi' which opens with a nice drum break. Essential for collectors of afrobeat and afro funk, fans of the Albarika or Aux Ecoutes sound Hear it: http://www.divshare.com/download/2704140-a4c

postage: 45s £1.50 UK recorded, £2.50 airmail, £5 signed airmail. LPs £4 recorded UK, £5 airmail, £8 signed airmail.
