We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Liberty Records, the bands parent label didn't want to issue a live album, so the band put out this remarkable tight blues garage cooker live at a happening club "The Kaleidoscope" on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood that exemplifies Canned Heat and their gritty raw boogie sound. ..the recording is incorrectly titled "LIVE At Topanga Canyon"(see below) - nevertheless really captures the intense spirit of the band in their hungry days, and just before they became popular and overall this recording serves as a great snapshot of the band on the rise to fame, where rumbling tight rhythms and suitably loud fuzzed-up guitar burn within the tracks, the Bear, red-blooded 'shout' lyrics he was famous for, in command!
