Featuring...
I. A large solid-pale-blue box in satin finish, designer paper-like heavy cardboard stock with specially embossed large Blue Note logo on the front center. Box lid is attached to the box itself and opens out right-to-left like a book
II. A luxurious heavy paper stock large LP-size booklet with about 30 rare, mostly unpublished photos of legendary Blue Note artists like Lee Morgan, Fats Navarro, Bud Powell, Horace Silver, Sonny Rollins and Clifford Brown, in two-tone pale-blue & white images! Packed with historic articles and essays by jazz journalists and authors on the Blue Note label era, founders and artists.
III. Four historic and original Blue Note LPs of celebrated Jazz artists, each in an individual blue and white cover with artist and album names and Blue Note logo and catalog number on the front, and machine stamped VAN GELDER on the dead wax of front and back of each LP.
