Description
This is a stupendous piece of pop music memorabilia and possibly the most unique item of Roxy Music / Bryan Ferry interest ever offered on Ebay. We have here the original artwork for the classic 1972 Roxy Music single Virginia Plain executed by Bryan Ferry whilst at art school. I suspect it was originally a design concept - the lady on a packet of cigarettes - which stuck in his mind when the song was later written and recorded.
Signed B Ferry and inscribed 'For Jimmie' (a friend at art school to whom the piece was given). 100% genuine, framed and ready to hang. 21 x 16 inches. Very good overall condition but with some foxing.
Buyer pays £10 special delivery insured post and packing within the UK. Overeseas will be higher.
