CROWN 5157 - Black label with silver text and Culver City logo at bottom

- Record is (VG++ to M-/M- visual, VG++ to M-/VG++ to M- play). Plays with light surface noise, hardly noticeable on some tracks.
- Cover is VG+ with ring/edge/corner wear, light yellow stains on back and 9-inch top seam split.
