Description

Seldom seen, original black label mono deep groove pressing of Alegre LP 814 - SE TE QUEMO' LA CASA, the debut Alegre LP by ORLANDO MARIN and his hard swinging band featuring the vocals of CHIVIRICO DAVILA. Classic early 60's tracks from one of the most popular Latin dance bands in New York. This disc is in very handsome VG+ condition.....played sparingly and very well cared for. Just a handful of feint marks that do not effect play. Disc sounds terrific!!  Cover is fully intact, NO split seams!!  Very little fading or storage (ring) wear, the glossy front looks amazing!   A small warehouse stamp on the back cover. A delightful, highly collectible album.............hardly ever offered - not even sure if this one ever appeared on CD, if it did the CD is long out of print. Black label Alegre albums in nice condition are few and far between and this is one of the rarer ones! Expect to bid accordingly.
