Included with the LP is a Digital DBX Discs insert : "Why full dynamic range recordings let you listen to the music instead of the record"...
From Vinylengine : "Vinyl albums with DBX encoding had an enhanced dynamic range and the background noise was reduced to the point where it was almost inaudible. The DBX disc system didn't require special playback equipment. All you needed was the proper DBX disc decoder and you were in business".
