Label:   VERVE.  Label is flat black with David Stone Martin “trumpet player” logo.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl, with deep groove.  Catalog number is V-8340. 

Year:  1959.

Personnel:   Oscar Peterson – piano;  Ray Brown – bass;  Ed Thigpen - drums. 

Note:  This album comes from an extremely well cared-for jazz collection where the original owner cherished his albums, played them once or twice at most, and stored them under optimal conditions.  There will be some nice opportunities for the collector who insists on mint condition.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is gorgeous NEAR MINT, has been played a very small number of times, most likely once or twice, and handled with care.  Plays flawlessly with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean and pristine.    

JACKET:   NM.  Nice bright artwork by DAVID STONE MARTIN.  Clean white reverse, seams and corners are excellent.  Overall a BEAUTY!
