With An Original Paper Inner Sleeve That Has Catalog of Toshiba's Releases.
Linernotes is on Back Sleeve.
Disc is VG Plus, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split, It Has A Very Small Tear on Back Like The Photo 6).
