POINT 1: CONDITION GRADING SYSTEM
Note:  we do not grade liner bags. If there is a liner bag (one that is not generic) we will show it in the second picture.

VISUAL GRADING SYSTEM FOR VINYL CONDITION (we do not play test LPs): IF THE LP HAS A POP OR A SKIP WHICH IS NOT VISIBLE, THIS MIGHT BE VINYL GREASE (WHICH CAN BE CLEANED OFF) OR A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM, NEITHER OF WHICH, WE CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR. See POINT 5/H below. Do not buy this record without reading our TERMS/FAQS, BELOW.
Mint: Only if the record is in a cover that is still sealed in original shrink wrap.

Near mint: Very slight imperfections. Possibly only played once, no scratches, perhaps only very slight scuffs from the cover

Excellent: Only a couple marks and perhaps a couple of very light scratches or scuffs

Very good: Has marks and light scratches but nothing major, only surface. An LP in this grade may well have a bit of surface noise. The level of how that is heard depends on your needle/stereo.

Good: Has a lot of marks, mainly only surface and more than likely a couple of very visible, deep looking scratches that are probably heard and some may skip. Definite surface noise will be heard.

Fair: Has a lot of surface marks and scratches that are deep, definitely heard and more than likely skip). Definite surface noise will be heard.

Poor: Just basically in terrible condition. We only list “poor” LPs if they are ultra rare or collectible!

VISUAL GRADING SYSTEM FOR SLEEVE / COVER CONDITION:

Mint: This pretty much does not exist so we do not use it

Near mint: Still in originally unopened shrink wrap, possibly with a couple of slight creases in the sleeve

Excellent: May only have slight edge wear

Very good: Has some edge wear, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the front cover/back cover (except for rubbing which happens on us matt sleeves). May have slight cracking on spines.

Good: Has a lot of rubbing (especially on matt sleeves), has edge wear and maybe creases. May have a small split on one of the spines and/or spine damage/a little paper loss.

Fair: Has a lot of rubbing (on matt sleeves), possibly spine damage, paper loss due to sticker residue, split spines, creases and handwriting on the cover.

Poor: Has rubbing all over (on matt sleeves) spine damage, paper loss, badly split spines, staining and worse.

Please note: the photos shown are of the actual item to be sold. So please look at the photos carefully before placing a bid or buying. In any photo, if there is glare or white spots, then that is due to the photography, they do not exist on the item. We do grade these LPs to what we think is fair, but make sure you look at the photos for the condition of the sleeve!!!!

POINT 2: COMBINE SHIPPING
Follow the instructions below to get the combined shipping rate:

1/ Add the LPs you want to your shopping cart.

2/ Go to your shopping cart or purchase history. There is a drop down menu. Select REQUEST TOTAL and then COMMIT TO BUY.

3/ We then send an invoice with the combined ship rate.

Note the above process does not work on some ebay phone apps, so if it does not, log in to ebay.com via the web browser on your phone and do not use the app.

If you do not do the above we cannot offer the full combined discount rate due to the charges we have to pay on final fees. If you purchase LPs and pay full price for shipping and then ask us for a combined rate, we can issue a refund via paypal for the excess you paid, but it will be minus the 10% ebay will charge us on the excess shipping you paid!

POINT 3: PAYMENT / TERMS OF TRANSACTION
Only PAYPAL payments are accepted. (so no need to ask for another method of payment!).

If you commit to buy this item please ensure you pay for the item within 24 hours. A case will be opened if payment is not received in that timeframe.

POINT 4: SHIPPING
We ship within 36 hours of payment being received (consider that our post office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). We ship our LPs in professional grade mailers.

INTERNATIONAL
We now use the Ebay Global Shipping program. On checkout you will be given the costing that they charge to send the item to you.

POINT 5: SENDING US MESSAGES & FREQUENT “ANSWERS” TO QUESTIONS
A/ No need to message us and ask us to pack your item carefully. We will. That’s how we are in business and have over 10,000 positive feedbacks. Also, you do not need to tell us how to pack an item.

B/ Once we receive positive feedback, we leave positive feedback for you. We will not leave feedback before you do.

C/ If you message us and ask about the condition. We will refer you to look at the item description above. The condition is detailed above.

D/ Please do not message us and ask about “how to combine shipping”. We clearly detail how to do that above. If you have a problem with the process, please contact ebay customer service, as it is their system not ours.

E/ If you have a genuine inquiry we will respond as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.

F/ Please don’t message us and complain about late delivery. Message USPS. We get the package to them within 36 hours of your order (EXCEPT FOR SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, WHEN THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED). We do our best. Media mail is slow, sometimes terribly slow, but complain to USPS, we do not drive their trucks. The tracking info will give you updated info.

G/ Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded once we drop off at the post office. So no need to ask us for the number. You will get the tracking info as soon as we get the item scanned at the post office.
H/ If you play the record you have purchased and it skips, makes a sound, jumps and there is no scratch that is visible, we cannot be held responsible for this as we only visually grade LPS. If you do not like this policy, DO NOT BUY THIS LP. We will NOT issue a refund because of a playback issue unless there is a visual scratch that we did not cover in the grade. We grade visually and this item is sold BASED ON OUR VISUAL INSPECTION. We have been grading LPS visually for over 30 years. so you can trust the visual grade. We have to stipulate this because of scammers who say "oh, track 2 jumped and that was my favorite, I want a partial refund". NO. No partial refunds and no refunds for NON-VISIBLE issues.
I/ If you purchase LPs and pay full price for shipping and then ask us for a combined rate, we can issue a refund via paypal for the excess you paid, but it will be minus the 10% ebay will charge us on the excess shipping you paid!

POINT 6 : SCAMMERS
A/ We check the LP to ensure it is the right LP for the cover when we take  the photos and when we pack. There is no way a “wrong” LP will be dispatched to you. So no refund!!!

B/ If USPS tracking says your item has been delivered to the address you have on file with ebay. They have! No ifs, no buts. They delivered. I believe USPS, so contact your post office. Not us. So no refund!!!
C/ UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE OFFER A PARTIAL REFUND.

POINT 7 : RESOLVING AN ISSUE
Contact us to resolve any issues and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. 

If there is a physical issue with the item you have received, I.e damage, we will need to see photos of both the outer package and also the LP itself, so vinyl and the label, so we can see the damage and the full item.
