ACCEPTING PAYPAL.. if shipped in u.s. will send usps priority. rate is 7.00. and NOT 4.00 due to increase usps rise of costs also email if you wish to add insurance. if shipped outside u.s. will send usps first class international plus registered. rate is 35.00 due to increase in usps rates again my apologies but is out of my control--able to track with registered...REGARDING INTL.
