I listened to this LP on my turntable with the volume turned up really loud, in an attempt to hear any imperfections.
Jacket - VG++ condition with the shrink wrap and hype sticker on it. So close to NM, but not quite. There is a tiny little bit of wear on three of the four corners of the jacket.
Inner Sleeve - I stored the album in a high quality inner sleeve and do not have the original. 
Insert - The insert is included and in NM condition. 
Vinyl - The vinyl is in VG+ condition overall, but because this is such a rare record, I want to give more specific details. Side 1 has some visible light scuffs that you can see and hear in the form of little pops during quiet times and in between the first 4 songs. The last songs on side 1 are pretty clean. Side 2 is in better shape. I'd grade it a VG++. The first two songs have some light pops that you can hear in between songs, but after that, it's pretty clean.  There's a visible 1" scratch, but it doesn't make any repetitive pop sounds, as far as I could hear. 
Overall Notes - No skips, no deep scratches, and plays through great!

Record grading is based on Goldmine grading scale and sight graded unless specified!
(M) Mint - Absolutely perfect in every way.  Never played and possibly sealed.  I rarely grade anything mint!
(NM) Near Mint - A nearly perfect record - shiny and no visible defects.  Record shows no signs of obvious wear.  Looks like it came from the retail store and was opened for the first time.  Covers have no splits, creases, or ring wear.
(VG++) Very Good Plus Plus - I sometimes use this to show that the record is somewhere between NM and VG+.
(VG+) Very Good Plus - Record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took care of it.  Records might have slight signs of wear, including scuffs and scratches.  Covers have only minor wear.  May have a very minor split, and some defacing, such as a cut-out mark.
(VG) Very Good - Many imperfections on a VG+ are more obvious on a VG.  Surface noise will be evident, but will not overpower the music.  Records have groove wear and light scratches deep enough to feel with the fingernail.  Covers have ring wear and splitting may appear on all 3 sides.  May be writing or a price tag on it.
(G) Good - A record that will play through without skipping, but has significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear.  Cover has ring wear to the point of distraction and heavier writing and seam splits.
(F) Fair - Very heavy damage, though the record should still play.
(P) Poor - Very heavy damage, impossibly warped, and skips.  Covers so damaged you want to cry!!
