ss = still sealed album has never been opened

m = mint only on very very rare occasion will I use this grade. (example: sealed album would have to be opened and inspected to recieve this grade)

nm = near mint almost perfect. shiney with no visible defects,writings, or markings. Looks as though it has never been played.

vg++= very good plus plus-close to near mint

vg+ = very good plus - very little but obvious wear (light scuffs or scratches)

vg = very good- more obvious flaws (not in as good shape as vg+) will not sell individual albums below this grade. (records of lower grades will usually be a throw in)
