Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for:  Oasis – Definitely Maybe – RARE Original Vinyl LP album from 1994.

This is the original pressing from 1994 on Creation records.

It is NOT a re-press and re-issue of any kind. It is the real deal from 1994.

First Pressing: A1, B1, C1, D1

PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking for a mint copy then is this NOT for you. However if you are looking for a fully playable original and don’t mind some wear then this could be for you.

Please read the descriptions carefully as this record is NOT for fussy collectors.

Vinyl Condition: G (Both records are covered in light surface marks and have lots of light scuffs, light surface marks and light scratches and hairlines etc. While these marks look visible they are mainly cosmetic and have little effect on the playback. The records play great with no sticks or jumps. There is light surface crackle and there is the odd click and pop but nothing major. There is some more audible crackle on “sad song” as it is a quiet song. The labels have some spindle wear etc. Overall the records look a bit tatty but they still play great and I have played this record several times before listing and it plays great).

Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Plain white polylined inners and replacements).

Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Gatefold sleeve has a lot of edge and corner wear and creasing. Top edge has some slight fraying and some nicks and heavier corner wear. There are marks and scratches to the front and back and the odd ding here and there. There are signs of rubbing and ringwear etc. Overall ok condition without serious defects).

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.

If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.

Cheers and happy bidding.
