Description

This is a Blue Grass album with fabulous playing and singing all the way through.

Featuring --

  • Banjo, Vocals – Jerry Garcia
  • Bass (String) – John Kahn
  • Guitar, Vocals – Peter Rowan
  • Mandolin, Vocals – David Grisman
  • Violin – Vassar Clements

This is the first pressing, released in February, 1975.  The record is in Near Mint condition, it’s beautiful!  There are absolutely no scuffs or scratches.  Sound was rich and flawless in play testing; no surface noise. The outer sleeve is in Very Good ++ condition.  There is minimal ring wear; corners and spine show slight wear (see photos).  Original inner sleeve is included.

This record is from my personal collection; I bought it new in 1975.  It was always stored vertically and well cared for.  It was only played with a Thorens TD 165 turntable and Ortofon cartridges.
