Description
1961 US 1st Deep Groove MONO press with RVG stamps both sides. Solid VG record/VG- cover. Light scuffs/hairlines, as well as some spindle marks. NO loud clicks/pops or distracting surface noise. Plays really well on a REGA stereo cart. with only minor, background surface noise between tracks and a couple of very light, background pops on the intro of B2. There’s some audible groove wear at the start of B2, too, but other than that the record sounds really good, especially the horn sections, absolutely explosive! The cover front looks nice and shiny, some edge wear. There’s a small, hardly noticeable name written on lower right corner. The back has some light age-related stains, a price sticker up left and a 2-3 cm seam split up right. Otherwise solid. Record is VPI cleaned and is housed in a new anti-static inner sleeve.
