Up for auction is a copy of Omar Rodriguez-Lopez’s rare and out of print solo LP – The Apocalypse Inside of An Orange.

The record has been housed upright and kept in a plastic sleeve to preserve its condition. This is the original clear vinyl version which went out of print a couple of years ago. On this album Omar further explores the jazz fusion sound he was experimenting with whilst residing in Amsterdam. It includes two reworked songs from his self titled release, firstly Jacob van Lennepkade appearing as Jacob van Lennepkade II and the title track, which is an alternate version of Vondelpark Bij Nacht. The final song on the album, Coma Pony, is also one of Omar’s most popular solo songs. A must have album for any Omar/TMV collector.
