Description

Original 1968 mono pressing of Orchestra Harlow Presenta A Ismael Miranda, released on Fania Records (LP 360). This essential salsa dura LP marked the debut of Ismael Miranda with Larry Harlow's orchestra, setting the stage for one of the most powerful collaborations in Fania history.

Produced by Jerry Masucci, this album fuses energetic boogaloo with classic Cuban rhythms and New York streetwise swing. Featuring standout vocals from a young Ismael Miranda, plus hard-driving piano from Harlow himself, this is a foundational record for Latin soul and salsa collectors alike. Includes Latin soul cover of Grazin’ in the Grass and classic dancefloor cuts like Bobby’s Boogaloo and Yo Me Voy.

A cornerstone of late '60s Fania catalog in true mono sound—getting harder to find in clean condition.
