Record appears to be in near excellent condition - very glossy with only a few faint marks that cannot be felt. 

Front cover looks superb (see scans) - top seam split appx. 1/2 length and bottom seam - bottom seam split appx. 3 inches at opening - one very small (less than 1/4 inch) paper tear on spine - no writing. 

No reserve.
