This is an auction for the 1976 white label promo LP:  TERRY REID - SEED OF MEMORY (Epic).  
Record is in overall excellent condition and is very glossy with only a few light marks that cannot be felt and do not affect play - plays and sounds superb!
Cover shows some light wear and some writing at top right and left corners - top right corner cut  - no split seams.  
Includes gatefold insert - excellent condition.
