Description

This is an original '81 first press 2 lp set on the white UK FACTIORY label #40 called STILL by JOY DIVISION on thick heavy vinyl in thick cardboard embossed gatefold cover and inner sleeves. Stamped in the trail off of side one lp is TOWNHOUSE, etched is THE CHICKEN WON'T STOP, other record also TOWNHOUSE stamped, with THE CHICKEN STOPS HERE. etched. Both records are near pristine, labels are clean with no spindle marks, stains, spindle hole wear, etc. vinyl has a deep gloss shine, no groove wear, scratches, defects, warps, etc only under very close inspection did I see a couple very faint surface scuffs that do not affect play. Cover is strong with no seam or spine splits, bent corners, ring wear, cut corners, punch holes, saw cuts, fading, etc. only has 2 hardly noticeable pushed in corners, and very light browning, spine print is perfect, The thick cardboard sleeve also in near pristine condition with no seam splits, bent corners, stains, etc. just a slight hint of browning,. CONDITION: Cover & Sleeves VG + + / Lps NM - - / NM. I'm glad I could make this 2 lp set available it is getting hard to find in this condition.
