This is an original pressing of the rare Arizona doo wop 45:  LA CHORDS "FLAME OUT / TO BE" (Gay Records / mono / 629).

Labels show writing and paper tearing (see scans).

Record shows noticeable wear, several marks, and a slight warp.  Plays with a surface noise that is noticeable throughout but is still listenable.  Due to the rarity of this 45, I still decided to put it up for auction at a reasonable price.
