This is an original 1988 LP:  POISON - OPEN UP AND SAY... AHH! (Enigma / Capitol).

Original banned cover with full photo (not the later issue with black bars above and below eyes). 

Hole punch at top right - paper tearing along top appx. 1/3 of spine - some light discoloration around same area - no split seams - no writing.

Original inner sleeve - shows some small splitting - will also ship in a new white inner sleeve.

No reserve.
