Tribulation Dub / / Jah Gave Us Everything Dub - King Tubby & The Mighty Abijans?- Orig. Late 70's Jamaican SOUND SYSTEM DUBPLATE (10")
Exclusive TUFFEST BLACKEST Channel One business for 'ARROWS THE AMBASSADOR' from late 70's - with mix out of KING TUBBYS - Warrior Style Dub.
Track 1 - Tribulation - Mighty Abijans? - Tuff Black Roots vocal. N.B Acetate is damaged to 1st half of vocal. It only plays well from 1/2 way through at VG- and VG with distilled water sprayed on surface while playing. (No Sound-Name called). (WICKED STEPPING ROOTS).
Track 2- Tribulation Dub - King Tubby - HEAVY DUTY DUB STEPPER mixed by Tubby - plays VG- & better with distilled water (No jumping or sticking to acetate). (No Sound-Name called). (KILLER).
Track 3 - Jah Gave Us Everything - Roots vocal harmony group - Mighty Abijans?. N.B acetate is damaged to 1st half of vocal. It only plays well from 1/2 way through. Plays VG- with distilled water on surface (No Sound-Name called). No jumping or sticking after 1/2 way.
Track 4 - Dub Stepper - King Tubby mix - VG- & even better at VG with distilled water on surface whilst playing. No Sound-Name called.
Wicked Dubplate Business built at The Channel for 'Arrows The Ambassador' hailing from East Kingston, with King Tubby as 'Chairman of The Board', presiding over heavy weight dubs.
N.B NO SOUND-NAME IS CALLED ON THIS DUBPLATE - So tunes can be played anytime, anywhere by anyone!. TERRIBLE!!
Please Note : you are really getting 2 top class dubs only on this dubplate, as the vocals are in poor shape to their starts as acetate has begun to crack.

GRADING:
MINT = unplayed ex-shop stock.
EX = almost mint except for possible light usage,or marking on label.No marks on vinyl.
VG = minimal marks,no reduction in sound quality at all.
VG- =very clean sound quality,but marks to vinyl and possible light scratches.(this is by far the most common condition of my records and proves wholly satisfactory to customers).
G+/VG- = more than acceptable playing condition,label likely to be worn or marked.
G+ = noisy-but music still appreciable.
G/G- = rough condition,noisy,could be scratched or have hiss but of great interest for historical content.
OTHER ABBREVIATIONS USED;
BLANK = original first pressing of tune given to sound system operators to play before the record was given a label and made available in the shops for the general public.
LD = label damage.
CD = Cover Damage(applicable to LP’s).
Please note: most records i sell are ex sound system copies and often have sound man markings on the labels.
