Description
Orig. Late 80's JAMAICAN SOUND SYSTEM DUBPLATE (10") featuring Sound-Clash 'Specials' from Rappa Robert, Wicka Man, John Wayne & Banana man with Intro's out of King Tubby's for SUPER J Sound-System. (KING TUBBY FIREHOUSE DUBPLATE)
Track 1 - Kill Dem - Rappa Robert - Intro plays G/G- only as acetate at start is in poor shape, improves to G+/VG- as tune progresses, & even better still with distilled water on surface whilst playing (No jumping or sticking to acetate). (SOUND NAME CALLED).
Track 2 - Can't Leave Super Jay (We the Lyrics Chemist) - Banana Man. (Wicked Sound-Clashing cut on ' Solomon' ridim). Plays strong like a lion at VG- & better with distilled water sprayed on surface whilst playing. Does not stick or jump. (SOUND NAME CALLED).
Track 3 - One Don Deh Yah - Wicka Man. Killer next Sound-Clashing cut on ' Solomon' ridim. Intro is only G/G- due to acetate being in poor shape to start. Improves to G+/VG- by Wickaman's tune and to VG- as tune progresses. Plays even better with distilled water. (SOUND NAME CALLED).
Track 4 - No Friend Yuh Mate - John Wayne - With Sound-Clashing intro. Plays strong at VG- & better with distilled water sprayed on surface. Does not stick or jump. (Sound Name of SUPA JAY called)
Wicked Dubplate business built at legendary KING TUBBY's from late 80's/Early 90's for 'Super J The Bad-Boy Sound' out of Barbican.

GRADING:
MINT = unplayed ex-shop stock.
EX = almost mint except for possible light usage,or marking on label.No marks on vinyl.
VG = minimal marks,no reduction in sound quality at all.
VG- =very clean sound quality,but marks to vinyl and possible light scratches.(this is by far the most common condition of my records and proves wholly satisfactory to customers).
G+/VG- = more than acceptable playing condition,label likely to be worn or marked.
G+ = noisy-but music still appreciable.
G/G- = rough condition,noisy,could be scratched or have hiss but of great interest for historical content.
OTHER ABBREVIATIONS USED;
BLANK = original first pressing of tune given to sound system operators to play before the record was given a label and made available in the shops for the general public.
LD = label damage.
CD = Cover Damage(applicable to LP’s).
Please note: most records i sell are ex sound system copies and often have sound man markings on the labels.
