Please read on carefully, my grading system, M, M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G. I do not use "Excellent" as a condition.

I am well aware that with this item it is very important to give as much information as possible and to be as precise of condition as possible.

1) Original Garrod and Lofthouse GATEFOLD laminated TOP loading cover, Numbered to: 0329702 with The Beatles embossed on it with no dirt whatsoever and Stereo printed at the right hand top corner of back. General condition of gatefold is in (very conservative) VG++, if I was carefree I would say M- (please see pictures as reference). There are no splits, tears. Corners are in great condition, hardly any rubbing, large spine with clear writing of album details on it, tiny split of lamination along spine (2 cm) but no tearing. No writing whatsoever inside the gatefold or out. Has retained all of its shine, light discolouration but is still very "white" considering its age and majority of other copies. The mouths of top loader have no damage (see scan again).

2) VINYLS all have "Sold in the U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists" on dark green labels. There is no writing or marks on labels, in great condition with average spindle marks.

Side 1 has matrix number YEX 709-1 and stamp is GGD on right hand side of spindle and 5 on the other. Condition of vinyl is in VG++ condition, no deep scratches, has light hairline marks, plays beautifully with no skips or jumps.

Side 2 has matrix number YEX 710-1 and stamp is GRM on the right hand side of spindle and 3 on the other. Condition of vinyl is in VG+ condition, there are practically no hairline marks to report but there is a 1 and a half cm mark at the beginning of the side which affects play for a couple of ticks. Apart from this light hitch, the side plays beautifully all the way through.

Side 3 has matrix number YEX 711-2 and stamp is TT on the right hand side of the spindle and 1 on the other. Condition of vinyl is VG++. Best so far with just a couple of hairline marks/scuffs but no scratches whatsoever. Plays great all the way through.

Side 4 has matrix number is YEX 712-1 and Stamp is GAP on the right hand side of the spindle and 7 on the other. Condition of vinyl is verging on the M-, apart from a couple of hairlines, nothing to report, once again plays great all the way through.

3) The 2 original matt black INNERS are in VG+ condition, both intact with creasing and bubbling from normal wear and tear.

4) Original Garrod and Lofthouse printed folded POSTER is in VG++ condition. Completely intact with again no tearing or writing. There are handling creases which do not affect the general feel and beauty of the poster.

5) The 4 original PRINTS of the Beatles are in VG++/M- condition. Absolutely great with no folding, writing, stains etc. Unfortunatley, no in between sheets to separate them!

All in all a fantastic copy of this absolute classic 1968 double album from the most famous band in the world. A must have for all you Beatles fans out there. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like more information. Good luck with your bids!
