Offered is a fully illustrated catalog from the legendary ESP Disk record label from around 1969. It measures 8 1/2" by 11". 
The inside the 20 page catalog shows psychedelic art and albums by Albert Ayler, The Fugs, Sun Ra, Frank Wright, Ornette Coleman, Charles Tyler, Pearls Before Swine, Paul Bley, the New York Art Quartet, Marion Brown and The Godz (to name a few). Photos and narrative accompany each of the records in the catalog. There are no rips or tears on any of the pages. There are very small check marks next to inventoried items in the catalog. The checks actually lend to the quaintness of the catalog as they are neatly placed and unobtrusive. I am its original owner. In very good+ condition. Looks great for an almost 50-year-old book. An invaluable resource and a great, scarce documentation tool. A chronicle of New/Free Jazz and Avant Gard 1960s music and spoken word. 
Very good+ pre-owned condition. Shows slight foxing on front cover, small smudge at upper left of back page, slight creasing. There are no rips, tears or missing pages. Please see photos.

HOW WE GRADE OUR RECORDS
SS / Still Sealed : factory sealed, any defects such a "cut-out" holes will be noted in the description
NM / Near Mint : no notable scratches or wear, probably very rarely played
EX+ / Excellent+ : very clean, played very little, no audible scratches
EX / Excellent : clean with light wear
VG+ / Very Good+ : a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possible light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG / Very Good : a used well-played copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and likely surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages.
G / Good : noisy, but plays through. I will only sell very rare or unusual items in this condition.
