Description
Here for auction is a stunning UK copy of Blodwyn Pigs' 1969 release of "Ahead Rings Out" on the pink Island label with matrix A/B2. The labels are nice and clean,showing only minor ring wear on side one,EX+ and no sign of wear at all on side two,nor and spindle trace,only light signs on side one,side two is near mint.
The vinyl on side one is visually grade as EX and the audio is EX+ and I should state that there are no loud pop's,ticks and on only a couple of tracks during the quitter moments can you hear some light noise and does not last long each time and side two I grade the same,though visually looks near mint with only one slight hairline visible and would like to say the the majority of this LP plays super well with a lot of clarity and is a very entertaining listen,there are some great bluesy moments throughout this album and is a great LP.
The Earnest.J.Day gatefold is a nice example with only slight losses to the unlaminated sleeve and retains some nice centrefold images and with slight wear at the entrance points is well worthy of an EX grade as is this original poly lined inner.
