Hello, I'm selling off some of my own records bought back in the day. This is an original Suburban Lawns LP from 1981. Record itself is in excellent condition with no scratches. Cover is good but has some wear. Note small tear in side of sleeve. Not sure why this says 'Demonstration Not For Sale' - I think I bought this at a record store.
