Condition of sleeve : laminated non - gatefold sleeve, light edge and corner wear, otherwise clean ; sleeve still in shrink, although the back sleeve shrink is fully split from top to bottom ; includes original printed inner sleeve in well - preserved condition ( sticky taped right hand side, otherwise clean ).
Condition of record : no marking, scratching or scuffing.
Comment : his third solo album, following " The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking " and preceding " Amused to Death " ; includes " The Tide is Turning ", " The Powers That Be " and " Me or Him ".
