Description

Here's an original 8" x 10" Farley press photo of bandleader/composer/multi-instrumentalist Wilbur Sweatman, on stage with two pianos and a drummer.  A note on the back dates it to the early 1920s.
This sepia-toned photo is in good condition overall, but note the following flaws: the photo has been trimmed slightly in the upper left-hand and upper right-hand corners; there is a 1-1/2 inch tear from the top into the image, with some paper loss to the image (easily touched up); and there are a few creases in the top center of the photo.  The tear has been repaired with tape on the back.  The back also has some writing and adhesive remnants.  Despite the flaws, the photo would look great in a frame.
