Description
Joe Carducci at SST April 1983, photo by Naomi Petersen
This record comes from the personal collection of Joe Carducci. Joe was a partner at SST Records in its "heyday" (1981-1986) and he kept copies of most SST products. He also co-owned Thermidor Records, started while he was at Systematic Record Distribution in Portland and Berkeley (1978-1981), as well as being a partner in Optional Music in the same period. He has also published five well regarded books, including Rock & The Pop Narcotic, Enter Naomi: SST, L.A. and All That..., and his most recent, Stone Male: Requiem for the Living Picture. You can buy these at nightheronbooks.com, or amazon.com.
I will be listing several dozen items from this collection over the coming weeks & months - please "Save This Seller" so you will be alerted to future listings. This is an opportunity that will not present itself twice!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BIDDING
If you have a feedback rating under 10 or any negative feedback whatsoever, please contact me before bidding - if you don't your bid may be cancelled.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: All items/auctions with a final value over $50 must be sent Registered Mail at an additional expense of $16 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Apologies for this, but Ebay/Paypal policies make this a necessity: it's the only way for me to protect myself should the package be lost or damaged. There are a number of countries I will not ship to - please see the Shipping Details.
I will combine items to save on shipping costs, but if one wishes to carry over into future listings they must be paid in full in order to do so.
I have included detailed descriptions & photos and have tried to note any condition issue worth mentioning, should it exist. Please refer to these for any/all questions regarding condition, but if you have any questions about an item, please ask before bidding!
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION

M- / M- NB Records UK 1979Unbeatable copy of this band's debut release. Sleeve shows faint rubbing and littel wear otherwise - outstanding. Vinyl is flawless and appears unplayed as good as it gets. You'd be hard pressed to find this in better shape. If you ever wanted this record, this is the one. Great, original copy of this 1979 art/punk disc. Cover shows light signs of handling, creasing at top opening and has a cut corner - denoted promo (given to Joe). Vinyl shows absolute minimal wear. You can hear tracks HERE and HERE

PLEASE DISREGARD THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES THAT APPEAR IN THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE. THEY WERE ACCIDENTALLY CARRIED OVER FROM ANOTHER ITEM BUT I DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL THIS LISTING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AS IT HAD BIDS. THANKS!
