Description
This is for a 10" original 78 RPM Sun Record by Roy Orbison. Side 1 features "Rockhouse". Side 2 features "You're My Baby".
This record is from an estate sale. The vinyl is very shiny and has no signs of dullness. The record has some very minor imperfections on each side of the vinyl. I have tried to focus my photos on the imperfections. Most were so small that they were very hard to capture in the photo. I have never played this record. However, there does not appear to be any blemishes in the vinyl that would cause playability issues. But I am basing this off of visual inspection, not actual playing of the record. None of the minor vinyl blemishes listed above appear to be "scratches" that you can "catch" your fingernail in.
The center label has some normal wear. I have included close up photos of these imperfections.
I am not a professional record grader. So I am hesitant to "grade" this record. But using the standard record grading scale, I believe this record falls between VG+ and VG. But I have listed it as VG. I would rather grade too low than too high, as not to disappoint bidders. But I would not be surprised if this was professionally graded as a VG+.
