Matrix/Run out Side 1: JPL 1171 A   with the date 23-12-71 etched in deadwax.

Matrix/Run out Side 2: JPL 1171 B   with the date 23-12-71 etched in deadwax.

Condition of the vinyl (play graded):  VG+  to EX   (the vinyl shows a few scuffs and hairlines and has some very light surface noise in only a few places)

Condition of the cover:  VG++  (some very light wear)
