Superb copy of  the Classic Velvet Underground  Lp..with the Full Bannana.."Andy Warhol"...Cover is in extraordinary condition VG++/NM ..Record is the Original Verve V6- 5008...in VG++/NM condition with a few very light sleeves...also has the original inner sleeve ..Cover shows relativity no wear on front,  inner gatefold and back.(.check photo's closely...their is a slight blemish on the front cover which causes the cover to slightly overlap(check photo)...looks like a pressing error.but other than that pretty close to NM .also check the very tip  of the banana .
