Description

Real Nice Original 2 LP Winchester Pressing of one of the Great Compilation Albums of All-time! Gatefold Cover shows some signs of wear as pictured. Both Discs have some hairlines and some slight to moderate background surface noise on some of the soft quiet passages but overall both are conservatively graded as a STRONG VG to VG+. Has been Ultrasonically Cleaned and ships with Anti-Static Sleeves, Original Inners and Protective Outer Sleeve. Awesome Compilation that contains 13 non album singles, 14 tracks taken from 5 albums from 1966-1971 (including the UK only release of Percy) and one track previously unreleased! Considered an exemplary compilation, the album is ranked 232 on Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Albums of All-time...and the only greatest hits LP's included! Has a beautiful essay by Rock Critic and Kinks Fan John Henderson (who also compiled the track listing) He notably stayed away from the standard 2 LP format of song selection and went with a more unique comp with a completely diverse offering!
